Welcome to the House

Dear Guest,

Welcome. Please, come in. You may leave your coat with us, along with any reservations you have about being photographed.

This is the House of Bellhop. We are a small company from Metro Manila with one conviction, held firmly: that the photographs from an occasion should be as well looked after as the occasion itself. We arrived at it the long way round, by way of a printing press and a studio that would not stay put, but we arrived.

What happens here

There are four rooms in this house, and you are welcome to try all of them.

• The Roving Photo Press, where a photographer works the room and prints follow shortly after.
• The Onsite Photo Studio, where proper lighting is brought to wherever you happen to be celebrating.
• The Video Guestbook, where guests pick up a telephone and say what they mean.
• The Trading Card Photobooth, where everyone leaves as a collectible.

A bellhop does not make the occasion. A bellhop makes sure the occasion goes smoothly, and that nobody has to ask twice.

What these letters are for

From time to time we will write to you here. Expect notes from recent events, small announcements, and the occasional piece of advice on how to stand when someone points a camera at you. We will try to be brief. We will not always succeed.
